Deleting your account

You can delete your Ayah+ account yourself at any time.

1. Go to Account.
2. In Your data, select Delete account.
3. Read what will happen, type DELETE and confirm.

What happens

• You're signed out and your account is closed straight away.
• Your name, email, watchlist, viewing progress, prayer-time settings and sign-in history are deleted.
• You lose access to everything you bought, including pre-orders. Purchases can't be moved to another account and deleting your account doesn't refund them.
• We keep a record of each purchase (title, price and date) for 5 years because tax and accounting law requires it. These records are no longer linked to your name or email.

If you change your mind later, you can create a new account with the same email, but your old purchases won't come back.
