Getting a copy of your data
You can download a copy of the personal information your account holds at any time.
- Go to Account.
- In Your data, select Download my data.
You'll get a file (JSON format) with your profile, purchases, watchlist, viewing progress, prayer-time settings and recent sign-ins. Card details are never stored by Ayah+, so they aren't included.
